High pressure pumps

GERUPRESS

Compressed-air-operated dual-acting high-pressure pumps employ air pressures of 5 to max. 18 bar and have different pressure ratios.

The high-pressure pumps convey approximately 0.8 l/min. without counter pressure. The greater the counter pressure the lower the flow rate. With the specified air pressure multiplied by the internal ratio of the high-pressure pump, the pump will come to a standstill.

Pumps for up to 6000 bar may be manufactured on request.

The hysteresis of the high-pressure pump for the high pressure range is less than 20 bar.

This attachment can be used to operate double-acting cylinders with our HP25. The maximum pressure must be limited to 700 bar. If a higher inlet pressure is set, a safety valve opens and returns the medium to the tank of the Gerupress. The hand lever on the valve can be used to change the flow direction. The returning oil is transported back to the tank of our pump via the hose.
